📋 Description
• Develop content for the proposal department to answer RFx requests • Write case studies, past performance narratives, white papers, capabilities statements, marketing material • Interview SMEs to draft content • Translate solution design points into high level diagrams • Draft narrative from bullet points, summaries, and technical discussions • Format, proofread, and finalize outgoing writing assignments • Draft boilerplate content when not working on other assignments • Attend and assist during proposal and general business development meetings
🎯 Requirements
• Undergraduate degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field • Three years of experience with Federal/SLED government proposals • Ability to prioritize and multi-task working on large assignments and small tasks • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites • Basic understanding of call center operations • High-level understanding of emerging technologies such as Cloud, AI-Assistant, Bots, Conversational AI • Inquisitive, and eager to learn about new technology and solutions
