• Responsible for the implementation process including requirements analysis, system design, configuration, installation, data conversion, user training and lifecycle support of NetSuite software • Setup system and configure according to customer requirements • Develop test scripts and testing phase • Assist customers with data conversions • Make recommendations to customers for new process and capabilities • Work closely with sales and support to coordinate the completion of every project • Create regular written reports detailing project status, and discuss these reports with clients • Display leadership in project management, with the ability to collaborate as a team • Participate in the ongoing development of the team and implementation process • Support the sales team with solutions research and client presentations • Develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application designs, configurations, testing and deployments • Responsible for on-time, high-quality implementation of our cloud solutions • Work directly with clients to lead projects, organize business process analysis sessions and develop and deliver key components of the NetSuite solution • Provide technical support to clients as needed • Provide input and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures for project completion, including developing new templates and documents • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
• BS/MS degree in a business or technical discipline or equivalent experience preferred • 2+ years experience implementing NetSuite Software • Strong knowledge of software solutions, including experience in installation, integration, and training • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Team-oriented, self-motivated and very personable • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
