• Are you a seasoned professional at the nexus of software development and IT operations, driven by a passion for building, releasing, and managing state-of-the-art applications? • Do you thrive on automating and enhancing development and deployment processes while leading a team to success? • We are seeking an experienced DevOps leader from LATIN AMERICA, who embodies collaboration, innovation, and efficiency. • In this pivotal role, you'll not only bridge complex systems but also inspire and guide a team to ensure our gaming and AI projects are developed, tested, and deployed seamlessly. • You will spearhead the creation of a robust infrastructure that supports our games' rapid growth and scalability, all while maintaining exceptional performance standards through effective leadership. • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline testing and deployment of code across different environments. • Work hand-in-hand with software engineering teams to integrate new technologies and methodologies into the development lifecycle. • Deploy, automate, maintain, and manage cloud-based production systems, ensuring the availability, performance, scalability, and security of production systems. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in our dev, test, and production environments. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance our operational efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with at least 2 years of experience leading a team. • Solid grasp of automation tools, cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and scripting languages (Python, Bash). • Expertise in continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) methodologies and tools (Jenkins, Travis CI, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions). • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS). • Adept at configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet). • Experienced in networking principles and security best practices, ensuring robust and secure infrastructure configurations. • Strong understanding of code versioning tools, including Git. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field, or equivalent experience. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving bottlenecks and issues.
