Description

• Project Planning and Execution: Create detailed project plans, define tasks, milestones, and timelines, and allocate resources effectively • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead the management, implementation, and reporting of large and complex initiatives • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, clients, and other relevant parties • Governance and Compliance: Ensure project governance, roles, responsibilities, and outcomes are maintained and improved • Escalation and Reporting: Act as an escalation point for direct reports, senior management, and directors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience • 16+ years requirements gathering and documentation • Progressive experience in project and program management • Experience managing people, performance, developing processes and change management practices • Strong experience and verifiable success in delivering high-value client-facing software projects • Track record of developing and improving consistent and repeatable outcomes across a Project Management Office • Create/Edit procedures to solve complex problems • Progressive Operational Leadership or Consultative experience in either a hospital or Health System setting • Exp with program dev that relies on thorough synthesis and understanding of clinical evidence/outcomes, process flow analysis, end-user relations etc. • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving experience • Thorough understanding of core business processes within healthcare organizations • management experience of individual contributors and/or supervisors preferred
