Description

• Perform fundamental administration and configuration tasks in the ServiceNow instance • Personalize and create forms and fields • Create new applications, modules, and tables • Build reports, gauges, and homepages • Set up Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitor SLA workflows • Create and track Service Catalog requests and items with variables • Implement, modify, and publish Service Catalog workflows with approvals • Import data into the instance and use update sets for customization • Customize the Knowledge Base and create Access Control Rules (ACLs) • Build third-party software integrations and assist in translating business requirements • Manage ServiceNow system upgrades and troubleshoot patch/release management issues • Provide support in ITIL v3 methodologies and enterprise IT architecture • Excellent time-management and record keeping • Take complex end-user requirements to code • Positive can-do attitude & willingness to learn • Strong personal commitment to quality service • Ability to work independently and with a team • Communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven ServiceNow implementation experience of at least 2 years • Web applications, networks, protocols, and email knowledge (SMTP, POP3) of at least 2 years • Basic understanding of ITIL v3 methodologies for at least 2 years • Understanding of enterprise IT architecture for at least 2 years • Working knowledge of relational databases for at least 2 years • Experience with database manipulation via a programming language for at least 2 years • Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.) expertise • Impeccable time-management and record keeping for at least 5 years • Ability to take complex end-user requirements to code for at least 5 years • Positive can-do attitude & willingness to learn for at least 5 years • Strong personal commitment to quality service for at least 5 years • Ability to work independently and with a team for at least 5 years • LDAP directories experience (Active Directory, eDirectory, OpenLDAP) for at least 2 years • Single Sign-on using Digested Token, SAML 1.1, SAML 2.0 experience for at least 2 years • Web Services integrations experience for at least 2 years • Excellent communication skills for at least 5 years
