Description
• The client is looking for a candidate who must be customer service oriented, have strong interpersonal skills, and possess the ability to multi-task when required. • Review and validate deliverables submitted by the vendors • Data analysis and create the metrics for all the CSL tickets raised by the end customers
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience • Leading projects, ensuring they are in compliance with established standards/procedures • Experience in Information Tech Project management and analytical skills on a mid-large scale IT project with a particular focus on the Change Mgmt.
