• 10 years of system infrastructure architecture and design practical experience • In-depth knowledge of System Development Life Cycle Deliverables for each Phase of Development • 10 years of Technical Writing and Documentation experience • 10 years of evaluating and recommending programming languages, design tools, application frameworks, and applications
