• Who is Serotonin • Serotonin is the top go to market firm for transformative technologies, specializing in marketing, strategy, recruiting, and legal services. • With a global team of 90 across 15 countries, Serotonin has supported over 300 clients in consumer tech, web3 infrastructure, digital assets, venture capital, and AI since its launch in 2020. • Delivering end-to-end go-to-market solutions across all major marketing channels—including public relations, growth marketing, on-chain analytics, content, research, social, and design—Serotonin accelerates global innovation. • At the core of our business is the Serotonin Platform, serving as a central nucleus for the web3 ecosystem, connecting builders and founders with essential resources to drive business growth. • About the Role • Serotonin is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our APAC team as a strategic operations specialist. • This role focuses on driving operational efficiency and profitability for APAC clients by developing and executing effective processes across teams. • The ideal candidate has a proven record in creating streamlined operations for marketing teams and will manage project organization, task coordination, and deadlines for client projects. • They will oversee team bandwidth and collaborate with APAC strategic leads to ensure key deliverables. • Reporting directly to the APAC Marketing Director, this person is based in Vietnam and actively engaged in the local web3 community. • The ideal candidate is deeply embedded in the local Web3 community, leveraging a strong network of contacts and strategic expertise to promote, expand, and tailor our services to the specific needs of the local market. • They will also play a pivotal role in strategically expanding our existing client base within these markets. • Moreover, they possess the vision and skillset to drive scalable growth on a global level.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in client services operations within a marketing environment • Agency experience required, with a preference for PR or digital agencies • Proficiency in the local language and strong fluency in English are essential for this role, given the need for precise translation and active communication with clients • Actively engaged in the local web3 community, with demonstrable involvement • Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships over time • Solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, paid media, CRO, and related areas • Experience in effectively supporting high-performing teams • Exceptional communication skills
