• Work closely with the Data Team to evaluate data tools. • Conduct thorough reviews of proposed data architectures. • Help estimate costs associated with data solutions. • Develop robust, scalable, and secure data architecture. • Ensure data tools and systems integrate seamlessly. • Design and optimize the flow of data within the organization. • Ensure data architectures comply with regulatory standards. • Collaborate with various teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data management, or data engineering. • Proven expertise in designing and implementing large-scale data systems and architectures. • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehouse best practices, ETL processes, and cloud-based data products. • Experience with data governance frameworks, security protocols, and compliance standards. • Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis and provide TCO estimates for data solutions. • Hands-on experience with data integration tools, servicing sales, marketing, financial, and software application teams. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience in working within a strategic capacity alongside data leaders, such as a Data Strategist or Chief Data Officer. • Familiarity with emerging data trends, including big data, machine learning, and AI. • Knowledge of modern data architectures, such as data lakes, data mesh, or distributed data systems. • Experience working remotely. • Prior consulting experience preferred.
