• Responsible for shepherding deals generated through Servant’s Strategic Advisor Network • Drive sales growth by managing deal maturity, proposal development, customer stakeholders, and sales contract process • Present and articulate the value of Servant Digital and Servant Talent services to prospective clients • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and close sales • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business opportunities and referrals • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors • Work closely with the marketing and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience selling strategic services • Proven expertise in personally closing $10M+ annually, preferably in digital solutions or talent management services • Minimum of 5 years working in businesses with annual revenues between $10 - $50M annually • Strong understanding of digital transformation and executive talent acquisition processes • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and achieve sales targets • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment • Established network of business contacts is a plus • Prior experience using Hubspot CRM, Canva and Google Suite
