• Serve as a hands-on technical leader, mentoring engineers, providing constructive feedback, and establishing effective processes to enhance team productivity and skill development. • Lead and actively participate in the design, development, and review of scalable technical solutions, promoting best practices and innovative approaches. • Oversee the engineering team’s deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality project completion that meets Servant’s standards of excellence. • Facilitate and drive the discovery, documentation, and maintenance of project-related artifacts, including requirements, specifications, and work item backlogs. • Embrace and support Servant’s mission and values, fostering a collaborative, values-aligned work environment in all interactions with team members and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related industry experience • A minimum of 7 years of engineering experience • 3+ years of demonstrated leadership skills, including mentorship, feedback, and process improvement. • Direct experience working across diverse technology stacks with demonstrated expertise in one or more areas relevant to our projects (e.g., web development, app development, data solutions) in creation of requirements and specifications for software development projects • Extensive experience working in Agile (Scrum, kanban, or similar) teams and related tooling (Jira, Atlassian, Azure DevOps, etc) • Experience working remotely. • Prior consulting experience preferred.
