📋 Description

• We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level Project Manager to support a Program Manager in executing strategic initiatives, managing multiple projects, and ensuring successful project delivery. • The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Play a key role in supporting cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, managing resources, and driving project success.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3-6 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role. • Project Management Certification (PMP or Agile/Scrum certification) is preferred. • Experience managing or supporting a Contact Center. • Proven experience in project management and familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies. • Strong understanding of CMS policies, regulations, and compliance requirements. • Can convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. • Strong leadership, team collaboration, and conflict resolution skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to a diverse audience.
