Description
• Lead architectural discussions and solution design of ServiceNow modules • Collaborate with Stakeholders and Clients to translate business needs into technical solutions • Serve as the primary technical resource for ServiceNow architecture, design, and integration • Oversee system upgrades and ensure compatibility • Mentor junior developers
Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in a ServiceNow Architect role • Proven experience in leading full life cycle ServiceNow implementations • Familiarity with Performance Analytics, Service Portal, and Flow Designer within ServiceNow • Required ServiceNow Core Certifications: System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) • Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Master Architect (CMA)
