Description
• Perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance in ServiceNow • Assist with the standup, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow’s various modules • Develop custom applications using JavaScript, AngularJS and ServiceNow APIs • Conduct system troubleshooting, testing, and performance tuning • Support business process re-engineering activities
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience/combined education • 4-8 years of professional experience or 2-6 years with a related Master’s degree • At least three (3) years of experience designing, developing, and supporting technology infrastructure • At least three (3) years of ServiceNow development • Experience with ServiceNow upgrades • Strong command of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Glide scripting • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices
