Description
• Support ServiceNow’s ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, PSDS configuration • Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows • Create dashboards and scheduled reports • Configure tool integrations with ServiceNow • Assist with design, creation of process flows • Design and configure ServiceNow functions for operational needs • Develop tailored solutions using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs • Perform troubleshooting, testing, performance tuning • Support data migration as needed
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience/combined education • 4-8 years of professional experience; or 2-6 years with a related Master’s degree • 3 years designing, developing, supporting technology infrastructure • 3 years of ServiceNow development • ServiceNow upgrades experience • Expertise across advanced ServiceNow applications • Strong command of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Glide scripting • Experience with Agile methodologies
