• Support client through document review and data entry. • Capture and validate complicated data. • Provide production services for data entry, document processing, scanning. • Receive and process both electronic and hard copy documents. • Follow up with customers for additional information or documentation. • Provide great customer service.
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent • Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship • Ability to pass background check and drug test • Minimum of 30 WPM typing speed • Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems • Attention to detail • Organized and ability to multi-task
