📋 Description
• ServiceRocket is expanding its team by adding an Extended Rocketeer workforce. • This workforce is responsible for providing consulting services to clients to achieve measurable business improvement. • The Extended Rocketeer acts as the key technical resource dedicated to solution delivery and implementation. • Design, develop and implement high-quality solutions including architectural system design. • Facilitate customer discussions to discover key requirements and develop implementation plans. • Provide guidance, feedback, and recommendations based on established best practices. • Support the roll-out, adoption, and scaling of provided solutions. • Handle customer engagements including scheduling and communication. • Assist with proposal development and statement of work definitions. • Engage with potential customers as a technical resource, advising on product solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related technical disciplines (or equivalent in work experience) • Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing solutions including installations, upgrades, migrations, workshops, integrations, and training • Successful history in customer engagement and demonstrated exceptional consulting and influencing skills • Excellent analytical skills • Expertise in analysis, evaluation, and translation of customer requirements • Experience with Atlassian products (including Jira, Trello, Jira Align) • Understanding of tools for asset management, Atlassian analytics, Asana, ServiceNow, Freshservice, Miro • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, Shell Scripting) • Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM principles • Experience in UAT testing and test use-case development • Knowledge of multiple cloud technologies • Excellent communication skills including workshop facilitation and written/verbal communication • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
