📋 Description
• Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions including architectural system design. • Facilitate customer discussions to discover business and technical requirements. • Provide guidance, feedback, and recommendations to customers based on best practices. • Support the roll-out, adoption, and scaling of solutions for customers. • Handle customer engagements including scheduling, coordination, and enhancing relationships. • Assist with proposal development and statement of work definitions. • Engage with potential customers on sales calls as a technical resource.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related technical disciplines (or equivalent in work experience) • Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing solutions including installations, upgrades, migrations, workshops, integrations, and training • A successful history in customer engagement and demonstrated exceptional consulting and influencing skills • Excellent analytical skills with a holistic view across various domains • Demonstrated expertise in analysis, evaluation, and translation of customer requirements into solutions • Familiarity with Atlassian products (including Jira, Trello) • Understanding of tools for asset management, analytics is a plus. • Other helpful knowledge: Asana, ServiceNow, Freshservice, Miro • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, Shell Scripting) • Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM principles • Experienced in UAT testing and test use-case development • Knowledge of multiple cloud technologies • Excellent communication skills, including facilitation, written and verbal communication • Experience with Agile development methodologies
