Description

• Qualify & Schedule Inbound Meetings: Respond to inbound inquiries, assess quality of potential leads, schedule meetings, and manage crm data to drive business opportunities. • Pre-Event & Post-Event Outreach: Send and monitor personalized email communications pre-event and post-event outreach to schedule additional meetings for the sales team. • Lead Data Management: Ensure all lead data from events and other marketing initiatives is accurately captured, entered, and updated in our CRM system for sales follow-up and analysis. • Specialized Marketing Email Campaigns: Execute highly targeted marketing email campaigns, to drive engagement and set meetings. Report out on marketing tactics and campaigns. • Lead the Development and Launch of new Landing Pages: Ensuring landing pages are optimized for engagement and conversion, and seamlessly integrated into other reporting systems. • Re-Engage Past Qualified Leads and Opportunities: Reengage previously qualified contacts who did not convert to a meeting, or a closed won opportunity and conduct strategic outreach to reinvigorate the relationship.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, sales support, or a related field. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, and Marketo are a bonus). • Excellent time management and ability to work independently. • Experience in B2B marketing and sales environments. • Knowledge of lead qualification processes and nurturing strategies.
