Description

• Drive the development and implementation of novel data science solutions to address complex business problems across multiple product areas. • Implement Machine Learning algorithms for recommendation systems, Generative AI, Large Language Models, clustering, classification problems, Natural Language Processing, content embedding, models etc. • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to senior data scientists and teams across the organization. • Develop end-to-end ML workflows for batch, real-time and near real-time usecases. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, engineers, Product Managers, customers, and partners.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Machine Learning methods and algorithms across traditional ML methods and Deep Learning theory and techniques. • Experience developing and deploying large scale Machine Learning applications. • Expertise in Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch. • Ability to write high quality code in Python, C++ or Java. • Experience building ML platform to support ML lifecycle across teams and projects. • Ability to empathize with our users and champion their experience. • Strong communication skills. • High EQ and a strong inclination to build a highly effective, diverse team where all members feel respected, included and can bring their whole self to the job.
