📋 Description

• Lead the architecture, solution design and governance of our enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. • Ensure scalability, security, and cross-functional integration across Salesforce modules, supporting core business processes. • Define and drive the enterprise Salesforce architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability for future growth. • Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions that integrate seamlessly across CRM, CPQ, Billing, ERP and external applications. • Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce platform governance, access controls, and compliance policies. • Design and implement robust integration architecture between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, Data Warehouse, Customer Success, Marketing Automation, etc.). • Partner with business leaders, product managers, and technology teams to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce admins, developers, and junior architects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation across multiple clouds. • Strong experience designing and implementing complex enterprise Salesforce solutions in global organizations. • Experience in a high-growth, fast pace SaaS environment is preferred. • Proven expertise in Salesforce multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, CPQ, Billing, Experience Cloud). • Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture – data modeling, automation, sharing/security model, API development. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ & Billing, Subscription Management, and Revenue Recognition. • Strong Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow automation expertise. • Proficiency in Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi), and Event-driven frameworks (Kafka, Pub/Sub). • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Git, Jenkins, etc.). • Knowledge of AI and automation technologies in Salesforce (Einstein AI, Generative AI, RPA, etc.). • Certifications (Preferred) Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (Highly Preferred).
