📋 Description
•ServiceTitan is looking for a Finance Senior Analyst to join the Finance Transformation team. •You’ll help deliver results focusing on optimizing and automating current processes. •Collaborate closely with Leadership, Finance, Operations, and Business Technology teams to build and optimize cross-functional processes. •Document and analyze current and proposed future state workflows to identify areas for improvement through process mapping. •Use data-driven insights to continuously seek opportunities for innovation to drive ongoing improvements. •Perform ad-hoc or BAU requests from stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience •3+ years of Finance operations experience in SaaS (or similar) with a strong understanding of Finance processes •Experience in creating process maps, writing technical user stories, documenting business requirements and running user acceptance tests. •Ability to understand business information to make effective business decisions in areas of expertise. •Strong cross-functional (written & verbal) communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels and backgrounds. •Ability to work against tight timelines; Project management experience is a plus
