• Influence and develop social media strategy and voice for FieldRoutes and Aspire. • Work cross-functionally with the Marketing organization. • Build and manage a cross-platform editorial calendar. • Identify and implement new social media technologies and analyze outcomes. • Build relationships with customer community to improve brand favorability. • Partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders for content improvement.
• 5+ years of experience in content development and social media management. • Expertise in developing channel-native social marketing strategies. • Deep understanding of the social media landscape and how to leverage channels. • Data-driven problem solver with a perspective on measuring success. • Cross-collaborative with strong relationship-building skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail. • Strong customer focus and ability to elevate community success.
