• Thoroughly test features before and after launch to ensure successful implementation and optimal functionality • Conduct primary and secondary research, including consumer-facing surveys, to benchmark competitors, analyze market trends, and refine Sezzle’s strategic position • Analyze customer journeys, making recommendations to improve communication at critical touchpoints • Support the Mobile Product Manager in developing product roadmaps and executing end-to-end solutions • Use data to communicate and justify the prioritization of products, features, and projects to stakeholders
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. • GPA of 4.2 or higher • Interest in product operations and strategy, with a willingness to learn how to influence outcomes in a team environment. • Experience using qualitative and quantitative methodologies to understand customers' ability to explore and structure customers insights • Strong analytical and data visualization skills with a keen eye for detail • Ability to translate product issues and needs into technology requirements • Familiarity with the basics of product management and agile methodologies from coursework or extracurricular projects • Experience with data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets, or an introductory understanding of SQL for querying data • Understanding of what makes good user experience, either from a UI/UX course or from analyzing popular apps and websites • Basic knowledge of design platforms like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
