🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or similar certification preferred. • 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related areas within the financial services sector. • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems and systems migration is an advantage. • Prior experience in Fintech Industry preferably crypto currencies. • Proven experience in the financial services industry, preferably within MTLs or MSBs. • Strong technical knowledge of client money regulations, accounting principles, budgeting, tax, transfer pricing, and financial reporting analysis. • Effective solutions provider, adept at troubleshooting financial issues and offering strategic advice. • Clear, concise communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite executives. • Analytical mindset, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
