• Provide daily management and oversight of all global trail partnerships, including: event branding, event activation, licensed product coordination, seeding, digital organic content (Humans of HOKA) for all series/major/final events • Manage global trail partnership strategy, working with all HOKA cross functional teams (brand marketing, product marketing, sales, PR, social, integrated marketing, etc.) to ensure consistency and achieve measurable results in all aspects of the program. • Collaborate with internal teams (social, creative, PR, product, and regional marketing teams) to effectively plan for and execute integrated projects. • Manage annual, quarterly and project event budgets, including collecting invoices and documentation, and securing payments from outside contractors. Work with HOKA cross functional teams, as well as all regions to reconcile all budgetary expenses with strict adherence to internal processes and timelines.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for long periods of time (weeks, if necessary); approximately 40-50% • Experience with: Event management, Contract negotiations, Cross functional alignment, Budget management, Project management – multiple at a time, Film/Event tour management, Business-to-business partnership management, Social media (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) • Ability to relate to the athlete community and ability to take content from athletes and events to package the information for media and consumer promotion • Proficient in Microsoft Applications • Proficient in English, French a plus • Exceptional ability to foster relationships, while simultaneously moving the business forward • Ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from management, clients, and other employees of the organization. • Experience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities. • Global business knowledge with cross culture agility • Knowledgeable in current trends • Innovative manager with people & processes • Good people and management skills with proven ability to coach and build teams. • Highly motivated, a team player and motivated self-starter • Excellent verbal, written communication skills and problem-solving abilities • Excellent team building, project management and organizational skills • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional attention to detail
