•Support sales operations by managing pipelines and drafting proposals •Maintain the HubSpot Deal pipeline and track deal progress •Assist in preparing sales proposals and statements of work (SoWs) •Collaborate with sales team members to streamline the sales process •Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment •Identify opportunities to enhance sales operations efficiency

Requirements

•2+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar administrative role (experience supporting international teams preferred) •Experience with CRM systems, especially HubSpot; ability to manage deal pipelines efficiently •Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with diverse teams across different time zones •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities •Proactive and solution-oriented, anticipating the needs of the sales team •Experience drafting proposals, contracts, or sales documents is an advantage •Tech-savvy with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and use new platforms (e.g., HubSpot, project management tools)
