Description

• Lead development teams on multi-developer projects, providing technical guidance and oversight. • Architect and implement complex integrations with SaaS platforms, focusing on reliability, performance, and security. • Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable code across multiple technologies. • Design and manage APIs and webhooks to enable seamless data synchronization between systems. • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, estimate workload, and manage timelines and deliverables. • Mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, propose solutions, and provide regular updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience in back-end development, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role • Strong background in software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and team management • Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations between SaaS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics) • Expertise in AWS, MySQL, RESTful APIs, Node.js, Python, Java, and PHP • Familiarity with working within and integrating SaaS ecosystems • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, allocate resources effectively, and deliver high-quality outcomes • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
