📋 Description
• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers • Modernize and optimize infrastructure and deployment processes • Drive continuous delivery and improve efficiency across the software lifecycle • Design an automation framework for rolling releases • Standardize our automation for creating testing servers • Create a plan to standardize configuration management • Guide and mentor on an infrastructure as code strategy • Reduce MTTR for deployment related incidents
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years managing a team of DevOps engineers • 5+ years experience as a DevOps engineer or similar work • 2+ years experience with Ansible • Strong CI/CD automation background, preferably with Gitlab, Ansible, and Terraform • Experience implementing centralized configuration management • KPI driven, utilizing metrics to help tell a story when making decisions • Mentor attitude, willing to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team • Familiarity with DORA metrics and implementing them from scratch • Comfortable bridging the gap between engineering and infrastructure teams
