Description

Lead data migration efforts from legacy systems to Jira and Confluence Develop and execute migration plans, including timelines, data mapping strategies, and testing phases Perform data mapping from current database structures to fit the PostgreSQL environment Ensure data transformation processes meet technical and functional requirements for integration with Atlassian suite Configure Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket to align with organizational workflows Collaborate with system administrators to manage database and configuration changes Work closely with stakeholders to understand legacy data structures and mapping requirements Provide guidance and support to teams transitioning to Jira and Confluence Establish quality assurance procedures to validate accuracy and completeness of migrated data Perform post-migration testing to confirm data integrity and functionality Document data mapping processes, migration steps, and transformation rules Create and share best practices for data migration and system configuration

Requirements

US Citizen Active DoD Secret Clearance at minimum Active CompTIA Security+ CE or other applicable active 8570 IAT Level II Certification 10+ years' experience with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket Data mapping and migration experience PostgreSQL and relational database principles Identifying challenges within legacy data structures Setting up and managing software and services in a DoD context Secure enclave architecture and deployment Infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation)
