Description

• Assist in implementing large-scale, multi-touch customer marketing programs to support SheerID’s retention and cross-sell goals. • Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to develop and execute programmatic and segmented email campaigns to support each customer’s unique journey. • Analyze campaign performance and customer segments to provide insights and refine our communications to better serve our customers. • Coordinate with various internal stakeholders to create segmented customer newsletters, in-product maintenance alert messages, and product release notifications. • Contribute to SheerID’s Customer Advocacy Program by helping achieve KPIs for new customer testimonials, success stories, and word-of-mouth referrals. • Provide support to the Sales team by managing reference-able customer resources. • Monitor and respond to online customer reviews. • Partner with Social/PR team to strategize ways to engage and elevate customers across SheerID’s social media channels. • Plan and execute customer events including webinars, bootcamps, dinners, experiential events, and CAB meetings. • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience required. • Strong project management skills and a knack for problem-solving and logical thinking. • Experience with tools like Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Canva is a plus but not required. • Detail-oriented with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships. • Comfortable making data-driven decisions. • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, eager to explore new ideas, seek solutions, and embrace a ‘fail fast, learn faster’ mindset.
