Description
•SheerID is seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our Brand & Content team to drive pivotal brand transformation. •As a creative leader, you will play a critical role in shaping how customers and prospects perceive and experience our brand at every touch point throughout the customer journey. •This role will advocate for brand stewardship and partner closely with the Brand & Content team, freelancers, and internal stakeholders. •Develop intuitive and engaging full-funnel brand experiences that drive brand equity and align with our strategic objectives. •Join a collaborative, high-energy team that is transforming a global brand.
Requirements
•5+ years of professional design experience; flexibility with proven ability to ideate for video, print, digital, web, experiential, social, and events. •Ability to think critically and creatively problem-solve is a must. •Proven experience with a focus and passion for concept development and brand systems is a must. •Previous experience in SaaS or Martech industries is preferred. •Proven ability to lead design projects and mentor more junior team members. •Excellent communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders. •In-depth experience using Adobe CC and Figma with a very strong understanding of design principles and solid understanding of UX. •Demonstrated proactive data-driven approach and curiosity in furthering design skills and growth. •Experience in design research and working with researchers a plus. •Experience using Asana a plus
