Description
• We are looking for a UX designer with proven work experience in software design. • Someone capable of finding creative ways to solve UX and business problems. • Create wireframes, storyboards, screen flows, and prototypes at different levels of fidelity. • Conduct research, competitor analysis, and usability testing. • Work across multiple teams, developers, and the product manager to drive design and vision for our users. • Apply strategic thinking to visualize ideas and communicate them to internal stakeholders. • Collaborate with developers from early stage to generate feasible concepts and solutions. • Take full ownership of all UX research and design.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years industry experience • Strong knowledge of the end to end iterative product design process • Expert knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user testing • Proficiency in product design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Origami, or Principal • The ability to craft beautiful designs and delightful experiences • Profound knowledge in visual design, interaction, and product design • Experience working with cross-functional teams including development, product management and research • Excellent communication and storytelling skills • The ability to help stakeholders to understand the “why” behind your design rationale
