📋 Description

• At Shiftmove, speed and impact are at the heart of everything we do. Our Growth team moves fast—ideating, testing, and shipping to create meaningful results for the business and our users. • We’re looking for a Product Designer – Growth to collaborate with in delivering smart, data-driven designs that make a real difference. • You’ll work across the entire funnel, from landing pages to checkout flows, focusing on improving conversion, reducing friction, and modernizing experiences. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves experimenting, thrives on collaboration, and wants to see their work go live fast. • Collaborate closely with Growth and Marketing: You’ll work with teams like marketing, growth, and product marketing to improve funnels, run A/B tests, and create user flows that make an impact • Design and iterate fast: This role is all about speed. You’ll test ideas, analyze data, and improve designs without getting stuck in overthinking • Improve the user journey: Whether it’s optimizing the checkout flow or tweaking landing pages, your focus will be on making experiences smoother and more engaging • Work with our design system: Align your work with Shiftmove’s CI and design system, making sure everything looks and feels consistent • Own your work: You’ll have the freedom to make decisions and see your ideas through to execution • Get hands-on with cross-functional design: Occasionally, you might handle brand and print or create quick animations and visual elements to bring your ideas to life • Bounce rates go down, and conversion rates go up because of your designs • You’re collaborating like a pro with cross-functional teams, and everyone knows they can count on you • Your designs are shipped fast, and your experiments are driving real results

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in German and English • You’re a solid product designer but have a little extra—maybe some motion design or print experience • You’re great at working with others, aligning priorities, and keeping things moving smoothly • You’re experienced in UX, UI, and product design, with a portfolio that shows off your ability to solve problems and deliver results • You’ve worked on user-facing products (like marketplaces, apps, or C2B platforms) and know how to balance speed with quality • You’re comfortable diving into metrics and using data to back up your design decisions
