🎯 Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with ZOHO People, ZOHO Recruit, and ZOHO Payroll • Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll compliance, and recruitment automation • Ability to configure and customize ZOHO HR products as per business needs • Experience in generating reports, analytics, and workflow automation • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently • Strong communication and training skills to guide teams on ZOHO tools • Prior experience in HR Tech implementation will be an added advantage
