Description
• Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales • Assist in designing and implementing effective SMS marketing campaigns using Wunderkind to complement email marketing efforts • Support the creation and execution of integrated email and SMS marketing strategies to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and sales • Collaborate with internal teams, such as social media, content marketing, and e-commerce, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts • Report to and work closely with the Sr. Director of Retention to align on strategies, goals, and performance metrics
Requirements
• At least 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, especially in email and SMS marketing • Experience working with retail, CPG, or apparel brands either in-house or at an agency • Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal • Ability to build strong relationships and maintain a network of contacts • Deep knowledge of email and SMS marketing tools, including Klaviyo and the latest digital trends • Experience with Shopify for e-commerce integration • Analytical, results-oriented, and passionate about marketing and growth
