Description

• iContainers simplifies global shipping for businesses and individuals. • Supports marketing initiatives, optimizes processes, and ensures seamless data integration. • Manage day-to-day operations within Pardot, including campaign setup and email automation. • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention. • Ensure Pardot and Salesforce integration for accurate lead tracking. • Implement and maintain cross-platform analytics tracking for data collection. • Build and maintain reporting dashboards in Salesforce for key metrics insights. • Work with the marketing team to design and execute digital marketing campaigns. • Manage and optimize the lead database with proper segmentation. • Evaluate and recommend new marketing tools or integrations for enhanced operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong focus on Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement) and CRM platforms. • Demonstrated experience in analytics tracking across digital channels, including website traffic, email marketing performance, and conversion tracking. • Familiarity with A/B testing methods and tools to improve campaign performance. • Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation platforms, specifically Salesforce and Pardot. • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance, with the ability to create dashboards and reports in Salesforce. • Experience with Google Analytics, marketing automation workflows, and UTM tracking setup. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines. • Proficiency in Salesforce reports and dashboards for marketing analytics. • Experience with data visualization tools such as Kibana, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio. • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing and troubleshooting. • Experience with cross-platform attribution modeling and marketing ROI analysis. • Experience using API is a plus. • Proficiency in database management and SQL. • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Teamwork and Collaboration • Quality and Results focused • Learning Agility • Creativity and innovation • Service Excellence • Agility and Adaptability • Communication • Planning and Organizing • Problem Solving.
