Description

• iContainers is an online freight forwarding platform simplifying global shipping. • Support marketing initiatives, optimize processes, ensure data integration and performance tracking. • Manage day-to-day operations within Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement). • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns focused on lead nurturing and customer retention. • Ensure Pardot and Salesforce integration is seamless for accurate lead tracking. • Implement and maintain cross-platform analytics tracking for accurate data collection. • Build and maintain reporting dashboards in Salesforce. • Collaborate with marketing team to design and execute digital marketing campaigns. • Manage and optimize lead database, ensuring data cleanliness and proper segmentation. • Continuously evaluate and recommend new marketing tools or integrations. • Keep all automated email outreach well documented. • Stay updated on Pardot and Salesforce updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong focus on Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement) and CRM platforms. • Demonstrated experience in analytics tracking across digital channels, including website traffic, email marketing performance, and conversion tracking. • Familiarity with A/B testing methods and tools to improve campaign performance. • Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation platforms, specifically Salesforce and Pardot. • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance, with the ability to create dashboards and reports in Salesforce. • Experience with Google Analytics, marketing automation workflows, and UTM tracking setup. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines. • Proficiency in Salesforce reports and dashboards for marketing analytics. • Experience with data visualization tools such as Kibana, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing and troubleshooting. • Experience with cross-platform attribution modeling and marketing ROI analysis. • Experience using API is a plus • Proficiency in database management and SQL. • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Teamwork and Collaboration • Quality and Results focused • Learning Agility • Creativity and innovation • Service Excellence • Agility and Adaptability • Communication • Planning and Organizing • Problem Solving.
