• Provide technical support for eCommerce logistics software • Troubleshoot and identify bugs • Partner with engineers for complex issue resolution • Train and give feedback to team members

Requirements

• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills • Excellent verbal & written communication skills • Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audience • Basic understanding of Python and web development • Intermediate knowledge of databases (preferably SQL) • Experience with Honeycomb, GraphQL APIs, JIRA • 1 - 2 years experience in SaaS support
