Description
• Lead and manage complex programmes from inception to delivery • Coordinate cross-functional teams • Communicate effectively with stakeholders • Develop detailed project schedules and resource allocations • Identify and mitigate risks • Facilitate collaboration across teams • Monitor programme performance • Drive process improvements • Manage and resolve conflicts
Requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills • Minimum 7 years of experience in programme or project management • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex programmes • Excellent organisational skills • Superior time management skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently • Experience with project management tools is a plus • Degree-educated, preferably in related field
