• Lead successful implementation and change management of HRIS solutions • Partner with vendor technical leads and HRIS company champions • Align technology with optimal operational processes • Prepare business and teams for HRIS launch and post-implementation • Ensure successful integration of new HRIS system

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of change models and experience embedding change globally • Experience in HR systems, ideally Workday HRIS • Ability to work with a mix of remote and office-based employees • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • End-to-end change management experience • Minimum 5 years of HRIS implementation experience
