Description

• Analyze, design, develop, implement, and revise instructional content resources • Collaborate with SMEs to identify training needs and recommend learning solutions • Design and develop instructional material utilizing adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies • Manage content development life cycle and adhere to project timelines and scope • Maintain communication and working relationships with SDL staff and clients • Work individually and collaboratively to meet project deadlines and expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or Human Resources preferred • 3-5 years of experience in designing instructional/training programs and resources preferred • Advanced knowledge of design technologies, such as Adobe Creative Cloud • Experience in creating instructor guides, participant guides, and job aids • Proficiency with multi-media authoring and publishing tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, E-Learning Suite) • Strong written and oral communication skills • Project management experience preferred • Knowledge and experience incorporating ADDIE is highly desired • Ability to work under tight deadlines • Experience publishing eLearning content to an LMS platform is a plus • Experience in needs analysis and development of training objectives is highly desired
