Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required • 1-2 years of professional experience in customer facing/service role, preferably at a high growth SaaS company • Efficient, self motivated, and collaborative • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Keen ability to diagnose problems and present potential action-oriented solutions • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and comfort executing under tight deadlines and urgent requests • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Google suite; knowledge of SQL and Shopify and POS systems is a plus • Familiarity with MailChimp and other communication platforms • Knowledge of the creator economy and affiliate market
