β’ Showbie is seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our growing team. β’ Responsible for creating and distributing a variety of content to support the promotion and use of our education technology platform. β’ Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Showbie's marketing goals and business objectives across UK, Nordic, and German markets. β’ Work closely with the Marketing Director, Marketing team, and sales teams to ideate, create, and distribute content that supports lead generation, community building, and partner enablement. β’ Produce a range of content including blog posts, case studies, ebooks, ROI data sheets, videos, web page copy, newsletters, social media content, and more. β’ Support the content creation for our website redesign project, ensuring alignment with refreshed messaging. β’ Manage the distribution of content across various channels, optimizing for SEO and organic traffic growth. β’ Measure content performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. β’ Manage external content creators (writers, designers, video producers) as needed.
β’ Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing, preferably within the edtech industry or education sector. β’ Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies, with related metrics (lead generation, SEO, Organic Traffic, average time on page, etc) to prove the value of your previous content strategies. β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging, accessible content β’ Excellence in creating content for different segments and stages of the customer journey. β’ Strong project management skills and experience coordinating with cross-functional teams. β’ Technical proficiency with content management systems, email marketing platforms, social media platforms, video editing tools, and other relevant tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. β’ Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization for organic traffic growth. β’ Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot. β’ Bonus Qualifications: Experience creating content for multiple international markets, particularly UK, Nordics, and Germany. β’ Teaching or education experience that provides first-hand insight into educational and digital pedagogy, and/or the UK education system and the needs of school leaders, multi-academy trusts, and local authorities.
