Description
• Data entry tasks in Excel • Email management • Invoice processing • Communication with suppliers and operational staff as required • Ad hoc financial and administrative duties • Preparation of month-end accrual/prepayment transactions, reconciliations & adjustments • Performing balance sheet reconciliations • Full ownership of fixed assets register - manage additions, disposals and monthly depreciation • Assist with international tax preparation/admin - VAT
Requirements
• Microsoft excel/Google Sheets experience • Degree qualified (accounting) with experience in a similar role • Preferably CPA qualified or working towards (advantageous though not essential) • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with various stakeholders is essential
