📋 Description
•As a Director of Risk Management and Internal Audit, under the direction of the Chief Compliance & Risk Officer, you will lead the internal audit, exam readiness, and risk management functions.
🎯 Requirements
•6+ years of internal audit, risk management, or a related field, preferably in a leadership role •Proven ability to establish programs, recommend best practices, operate independently, and collaborate with executive leadership to implement enterprise-level solutions •In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance and exam readiness processes in the health insurance field or another highly regulated industry. •Bachelor’s Degree
