Description

• The Provider Network Specialist will analyze the provider landscape to help members access affordable healthcare. • Support members accessing affordable healthcare for your assigned market and/or service domain by researching provider prices • Partner with geographic and market leaders on member self-service initiatives and operational scaling initiatives • Become a subject matter expert of accessing healthcare through Sidecar Health, partnering with Provider Strategy leadership to develop and edit comprehensive tools and guides that are up to date on changes and trends • Facilitate positive working relationships with providers by assessing pricing, access, and member experience to ensure quality care resources are readily available

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry • Tenacity and adaptability that enables you to thrive in a fast-paced and quickly evolving startup environment • Bachelor's Degree • Ability to communicate with billing representatives from hospitals and physicians groups • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly gather and analyze large amounts of data • Ability to maintain professionalism during excellent written and verbal communication • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain a high level of quality in your work • Understanding of and affinity for the Sidecar Health mission – making great, affordable healthcare available to all
