• As a Sales Operations Analyst dedicated to the broker channel, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and driving revenue growth. • Leverage analytical skills, process mindset, and attention to detail to provide data-driven insights and operational excellence to our channel sales team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred) • 2+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar analytical role • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with querying databases to extract relevant sales or broker data (a plus) • Strong understanding of the healthcare insurance industry and broker channel (preferred) • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) (a plus) • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
