• Design, build and implement a comprehensive sales enablement program (to include tools, processes, and programs) • Partner with Sales Leadership • Identify knowledge and skills gaps • Conduct ongoing needs assessments • Roll out targeted programs • Responsible for New Sales onboarding programs • Design and implement metrics • Collaborate with Product Management • Develop and launch sales enablement programs • Ensure skills, knowledge, and sales readiness • Craft and run sales enablement tools and materials • Identify repeatable standard methodologies • Build and own sales enablement content
