• The Marketing Lead is responsible for leading market positioning and marketing programs for primary care portfolio. • This role involves building relationships with stakeholders and executing product marketing launches. • Oversee development of promotional strategies and sales support materials. • Take ownership of the market strategy for the primary care product portfolio. • Identify opportunities through new products and customer services. • Collaborate internally and externally for marketing support. • Assess opportunities through customer feedback and monitoring trends. • Lead product launch initiatives and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in sciences, business management or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. • At least 8 years of successful product marketing/commercial experience in the in-vitro diagnostic testing industry. • Must possess extensive knowledge and proven experience in blood gas testing. • Deep understanding of the POC testing market, including current trends, technologies, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape. • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to travel globally (approximately 15% or as required) to support business objectives.
