📋 Description
• Sift is hiring a Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist to be part of the Revenue Operations department. • In this role, you'll be working closely with Sift’s Marketing team. • This is a hands-on role which will play an integral part in building the operational structure of programs in Marketo, helping to maintain data integrity, and providing overall support for marketing campaigns. • This role requires a strong understanding of marketing automation systems, including Marketo specifically, and the ability to debug programmatic issues.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong organizational, documentation and prioritization skills • 1-3 years of experience working with Marketo, Salesforce and other marketing technologies • 1-3 years of experience with Excel or Google Sheets formulas for data normalization and joining disparate data sets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in dealing with people of all levels and in different geographical regions • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
